My A1 is a free mobile app for customers with Android* (ver. 5.1 or higher) and iOS (ver. 13.0 or higher). Explore it via mobile network or Wi-Fi via smartphone or tablet. My A1 is available to A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid or business customers. Easy and comfortable auto-recognition of the mobile number or login with your My A1 registration.

In order to use all the features in My A1 app and access all of your A1 services, you should register an owner profile.

Alternatively, you could add services only as a user with limited rights to manage.

Terrible experience everytime I open the app.. almost everything I try to do does not work or is buggy, 'unavailable at the moment' or just not loading (e.g. paid invoices). Has this been through any QA? Why is the UI changing every month or so but functionality bugs are just piling up? If you move everything to your mobile app at least make sure it works..

This app is devised meticulously for the customer not to be able to contact an A1 operator as well as not to hand in a complaint. Most of the "options" are pushing new additional services and do not solve current problems as deactivated mobile data packets and others. I cannot stress enough how bad this service is and for any future customers choosing A1 in Bulgaria would probably be one of the most stupid mistakes you would ever make in you life.

The app is a disaster, but the entire service feels like fraud. They make it extremely unclear what you pay for, so be prepared for surprises once you get your monthly bill. I got a 170 BGN (it's usually around 60 BGN) invoice for one month because of roaming, although I wasn't even able to use the mobile Internet abroad -- it simply didn't work! On top of that, they "index" their prices in Bulgaria according to "inflation" (some numbers they take from their head) whenever they like.
